CrayonBattle
A few weeks ago I made a small website for creating online drawing contests. There are amazing artists and drawers everywhere and I've seen many of them share their work on HeyCrowd (especially in the Artists crowd). It also happens on Instagram, Facebook groups, 4Chan, Reddit… but it seemed to me like there was no place only dedicated to drawings. There are community for designers and digital art (Behance, Dribbble…) but not just for drawing. There's also DeviantArt but it's about every form of creative art and has recently been acquired by Wix.
In order to make it fun, and since drawing can be done by pretty much anybody with pen and paper (including kids, of course!), I thought the contest format would be cool. It's also very easy now to take a picture of a drawing with our smartphones. If popular, there could be rewards for the best drawings and companies could sponsor some of the contests. It's not the only aspect though, it could also help artists get feedback and discuss other people's work, and showcase their talent. Anyway, it's called CrayonBattle.
